भारत में अंग्रेजों की भू राजस्व व्यवस्था (British Land revenue system in India -स्थाई भू राजस्व व्यवस्था (इस्तमरारी बंदोबस्त) ( permanent land revenue system) - रैयतवाड़ी व्यवस्था (Ryotwari system) -महालवाड़ी व्यवस्था(Mahalwari system) स्थाई भू राजस्व व्यवस्था (इस्तमरारी बंदोबस्त) ( permanent land revenue system) 1793 लॉर्ड कॉर्नवालिस ने भू राजस्व वसूली की स्थाई व्यवस्था लागू की। आरंभ में यह व्यवस्था 10 वर्ष के लिए लागू की गई थी किंतु 1793 से इसे स्थाई बंदोबस्त में परिवर्तित कर दिया गया। ब्रिटिश भारत के 19% भाग पर यह व्यवस्था थी। बंगाल बिहार उड़ीसा उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी और कर्नाटक के उत्तरी क्षेत्र में लागू थी। इस व्यवस्था में जमींदारों को भूस्वामी के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। इसके अंतर्गत वे वसूली का कुछ प्रतिशत भाग अपने पास रखकर शेष राशि को कंपनी को जमा करा देते थे। इस व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत यह प्रावधान किया गया कि जमीदार की मृत्यु के उपरांत उसकी भूमि उसके उत्तराधिकारीओं में चल संपत्ति की भांति विभा...
